I came across this itour of Don Mills on Heritage Toronto website and found it extremely interested.  Its a video that talks about the the history of Don Mills.

You'll be guided around the different neighborhoods of Don Mills, starting at the intersection of Don Mills Road and Lawrence Avenue East.
